Thanks for choosing Ponkunnu Farmstay and Resorts for your stay. We ensure a pleasant stay with us. To achieve the goal, we have setup certain Rules and regulations for the safety and comfort of both you and the environment. Please adhere.
1. Please keep the room and surroundings clean and tidy, this is to benefit for both you and the environment. We might be forced to charge additional cleaning charges if it’s been dirty beyond an acceptable level.
2. We respect our guests and expect them not to damage any furniture, electrical instruments, bed sheets, vessels or any other utilities available within the resort, failing which may imply additional costs.
3. Your personal belongings are your responsibility and ensure to keep it safe. Ensure the rooms are locked, carry any valuable with you etc. when going out. We have no liability for the loss of your personal belongings, just in case.
4. Please try to adhere to the Check-In and Check-Out timings. We might have guests booked for the next day and might cause inconvenience to the other guests if you plan to vacate late. If the vacate time exceeds more than an hour from the stipulated check-out time, you will have to pay the next day’s fare too.
5. Once you have Checked-In, please be reminded that you are liable to pay the full amount even if you vacate within short time.
6. We care for your safety and all measures have been taken care to make you feel comfort and safe. Please follow all the guidelines suggested by our staff during your stay at our resort. We are not responsible for any accidents that may arise due to your negligence on our guidelines.
7. It’s our privilege and honor to serve our guests however any illegal actions against any staff, other guests, environment etc. are not tolerated and may have to go through the legal obligations as applicable against the activity.
